Vaughan Keenan

Vaughan started his career in real estate in 1987 with Ray White in Brisbane and, at 17, was one of the youngest real estate agents in Australia.

The faith that his first employer had was soon proven and within twelve months he was consistently in the top 10 sales people and a member of Ray White’s premier group – The Allan White Club.

In 1994 he moved to Sydney and joined the team at Ray White Annandale, continuing his career as one of the top 10 sales people and elite performers group.

During 1998 he opened Ray White Newtown and soon after purchased Ray White Annandale. During this period his agencies were listed in the top 10 offices nationally and Vaughan was always in the top ten selling principals for the Ray White group.

In 2004 after successfully selling his agency network in Sydney, Vaughan relocated back to his home town and accepted the role of Director for Christie Corporate. Christie is a privately-owned company and in his role, Vaughan was instrumental in building a portfolio of over a half a billion dollars in commercial, hospitality and residential property.

Vaughan is an industry leader and was one of the first agents to introduce styling properties for sale. He is intimately involved in preparing a property to present for sale, from general maintenance to hiring furniture and styling. His passion for selling property above market is the secret to his success. Living in the local areas of Ascot, Hamilton and Clayfield over the last 15 years provides him a fundamental knowledge of the market place.
